Memory Café, presented by Farrell Foundation In-Person

These memory café social gatherings are for people with a dementia diagnosis and their care partners. Each café will include themed activities and snacks. Registration is appreciated but not required and opens two weeks before each event.  

  • Sept 12: Lion is King  - Join Farrell Foundation Resident Artists as they guide all in creating a special three-dimensional work of art related to some of the wonderful animals of Africa. No art background required for the activity. Come and enjoy the fun and creative experience. Refreshments provided.  

  • Oct 10: Baseball Memories - Ike Brooks from the Society of American Baseball Research (SABR) will share stories and host activities related to the history of Baseball’s World series games. They will reminisce about games in Cleveland and other ball parks. Wear your favorite team cap or jersey. Baseball snacks and refreshments.  

  • Nov 14: Images & Sounds in Nature - Join Photographer and Music Theorist Dr. Lisa Rainsong as she hosts a program of her images of birds in nature and their beautiful songs…even in November. An engaging and unique experience. Café refreshments provided.
