Make a Fairy Garden at the Walt! In-Person
With found objects and sculpture supplies, provided by the library, assemble a Fairy Garden to take home and display in your garden, yard, or home for fairies to visit. As far back as the 1800s, people have created miniature homes and gardens for fairies as a whimsical, magical decoration to their part of nature. Found objects and sculpture supplies will be purchased from UpCycle Parts Shop and participants will be able to assemble their garden on a base to take home and embellish further. Give the "fairies", and flora and fauna in your life, a little home! Registration is limited to 12 participants (due to supply) and will take place at Walter Stinson Park, 2301 Fenwick Rd, University Heights, OH 44118, under the gazebo.
