Linocut Block Printing for Adults! In-Person
Design, carve, and print a small project using linoleum! Participants will receive a brief historical overview of printmaking including an introduction to famous printmakers, then learn how to design specifically for block printing. Beginner friendly! After creating designs on tracing paper we will go over how to transfer an image, various carving and inking techniques, how to hand-print on various surfaces, and troubleshoot common printing problems.With Maker in Residence Tahm Lytle.
