Social Worker in Residence In-Person
A social worker from The Centers/Heights Suburban Collaborative will be at Lee Road every Thursday afternoon 1-4 p.m. The social worker in residence can provide the following services to customers:
- Adoption, Foster, and Kinship Support
- Aged-Out Youth Support
- Basic Emergency Needs
- Linkages to Resources
- Referrals to partner organizations
- Cuyahoga County Job & Family Services
- Early Learning Centers
- Health & Wellness Agencies
- Workforce Development Programs and more
