Topic Tuesday: James Meredith and the Civil Rights Movement: 60 Years Later In-Person

 

Local historian Vijay Shah discusses James Meredith, the first African American to attend the University of Mississippi. He places Meredith in the context of the civil rights movement during the 1960s yet also where we are today.
