Whipped, Beaten and Creamed In-Person
Join Chef April Thompson of Wild Thymez Personal Chef Services for an elegant, interactive butter experience. This live cooking demo explores whipped and compound butter creations and the art of designing beautiful butter boards. Guests will learn flavor pairing, mixing, and presentation techniques while sampling handcrafted butters served with artisan breads and pastries for a rich, indulgent and memorable tasting experience. Registration begins April 21.
