A social worker from The Centers/Heights Suburban Collaborative will be at Lee Road every Thursday afternoon 1-4 p.m. The social worker in residence can provide the following services to customers:

  • Adoption, Foster, and Kinship Support
  • Aged-Out Youth Support
  • Basic Emergency Needs
  • Linkages to Resources
  • Referrals to partner organizations
  • Cuyahoga County Job & Family Services
  • Early Learning Centers
  • Health & Wellness Agencies
  • Workforce Development Programs and more
