Stepping On: A Fall Prevention program In-Person

Stepping On is a seven week small group falls prevention workshop, focusing on four critical domains: balance and strength exercises; medication review; vision review; and home modifications. Stepping On has been researched and proven to decrease falls by 31%. Fewer falls mean fewer injuries, fewer visits to the emergency room, fewer hospitalizations, and fewer deaths due to a fall. Workshops are facilitated by trained leaders and feature guest experts each week. Registration is limited to 15 participants.
