Topic Tuesday: Loveable Lavendar In-Person

Participants will be introduced to the transformational benefits of a whole food plant based diet.  Local experts in nutrition will discuss the ins and outs of a whole food plant based diet along with  cooking  demonstrations, making recipes and answering questions. 

Topic Tuesday is a weekly program that will either have a speaker, an activity or a topic to discuss. Come meet new neighbors, share ideas and learn new things. Please call the Reference desk at (216) 321-4700 to learn of other activities/speakers for the month. Registration begins two weeks before the event.
